Terms, Conditions & Liability Disclaimers
-
Utility Clearances: No mechanical clearing or ground disturbance will begin until all underground utility clearances via Ontario One Call are active and verified on-site.
-
Subsurface Obstructions: ClearLot Inc. is not liable for machine delays or component damage caused by hidden subsurface hazards, including but not limited to old fencing wire, heavy T-posts, buried concrete, or large unexposed boulders.
-
Safety Perimeter: Due to the high-velocity flying debris hazards inherent to high-RPM forestry mulching heads, a strict 300-foot safety clearance zone must be maintained. The client agrees to keep all bystanders, livestock, and vehicles clear of the active work perimeter while the mulcher head is engaged.
-
Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is required to secure the project date, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the clearing scope.
